If you are a TEFL teacher just starting out in English teaching, or looking to add to experience you have already gained, McGregor Language Schools has a lot to offer, with 2 positions starting in October of this year.

We first opened in Myœlenice in 1998 and since then, we have grown considerably and enjoy a great reputation amongst both students and staff. We are looking for energetic, motivated native speakers to join our staff.

We offer full time positions teaching teens and adults aged from 13 up at levels Pre Intermediate to Advanced. We offer accommodation, competitive salaries, full teacher support and more. I learned or reaffirmed that a good teacher is more than test and paperwork. Mainly rapport and patience allows the students to learn and you to be a good teacher. The attitude is super important to the lasting impression that is made. Considering in teaching we wish to imprint lessons it is wise to remember that the lessons taught happily are learned faster and longer than those from poor teacher attitude.I have spent lots of time planning lessons as I used to work as a classroom teacher in a primary school. Since I am an inexperienced teacher, I was nervous about lessons and would try to script the whole lesson. This meant that it was very rigid and I would get flustered when timings or activities did not go to plan. Therefore, I need to make sure that lesson plans that I make in the future are more flexible.
