Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 15 discusses evaluation and testing. We learn about various testing tools employed by teachers to determine the ability of their students. In this way the teacher is better able to tailor the lesson for the benefit of the students.Information is also given about the examinations that are conducted such as Test of English as a Foreign Language, International English Language Testing System as well as the Cambridge Assessment Exams. In unit works on Model verbs and phrases.Models are auxiliary verbs that used to express ability, possibility, permission and obligations. Model phrases are used to express same things as model but are combination of auxiliary verb and preposition to.This also teaches us how active and passive voice are important in English grammar, usages of Passive voice and common errors. It also tells about Relative clauses and their use in grammar.
