Centrum Edukacyjne LIBRA is a private language
institution specializing in teaching foreign languages. Our schools
are located in the southern Poland, in picturesque and lovely towns
of Bielsko-Biala, Pszczyna, Ustron, Skoczow, Cieszyn, Strumien,
Czechowice-Dziedzice and Zory. All of them offer a wide variety of
leisure as well as hiking, skiing, sightseeing possibilities; and are
really close to the heart of things -Katowice and the historical town
of Cracow. The first school was established in Ustron in 1998 and
LIBRA has been growing ever since. Offering very effective teaching
methods and high standards of service and organisation, it soon
gained popularity and a very good reputation. It is also the only
language school in the region accredited by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS
for high standards of teaching. CE LIBRA currently employs over 100
qualified teachers of English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
CE LIBRA specializes in teaching English on general as well as exam
(FCE/CAE) and business courses. We offer tuition to students of all
ages at all levels (from elementary to advanced) on both open and
in-company courses.
Classes take place Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. We teach
in small groups of 4-8 students and classes are held twice a week:
45-minute sessions for primary groups (taught only by Polish
teachers) and 90-minute sessions for children, teenagers and adults.
All schools are housed in new modern premises equipped with all
necessary teaching aids. The nicely furnished interiors, kept in
warm, bright colours, give our students and staff as much comfort as
possible. There are mini-bars with sweets, snacks and hot and warm
drinks /great expresso coffee/ for teachers and students. A resource
centre is at teachers' disposal to help them prepare their lessons.
Since teacher development is a very important part of our philosophy,
the Director of Studies, responsible for academic management of CE
LIBRA, organizes regular workshops as well as teacher training at the
beginning of each school year. Additionally, each teacher is observed
at least once in semester.
Administrative and enrolment duties are done by secretaries (all

academic, accounting and marketing service.
As a highly reputable school CE LIBRA selects teachers carefully and
appreciates their experience, dedication, professionalism and

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I find this type of grammar to be the most interesting and fun to figure out. It makes language a lot more fruitful and fun. I prefer speaking and writing in passive tense but unfortunately this is frowned upon in English academic writing. I find transitive and intransitive words also very interesting and it will be difficult as well to try to teach these words to people who may not have these styles of verbs in their languages.Reported speech and conditionals is a rather difficult topic for students. Very often students meet troubles with \"Perfect\" tenses. I mean, when there is no such tense in the mother tongue of a student, so it makes trouble to explain the difference between Past tenses and Perfect ones. I think that different exercises, activities and frequent use of the direct speech during the lesson can really help to develop this knowledge.
