Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I find this type of grammar to be the most interesting and fun to figure out. It makes language a lot more fruitful and fun. I prefer speaking and writing in passive tense but unfortunately this is frowned upon in English academic writing. I find transitive and intransitive words also very interesting and it will be difficult as well to try to teach these words to people who may not have these styles of verbs in their languages.Reported speech and conditionals is a rather difficult topic for students. Very often students meet troubles with \"Perfect\" tenses. I mean, when there is no such tense in the mother tongue of a student, so it makes trouble to explain the difference between Past tenses and Perfect ones. I think that different exercises, activities and frequent use of the direct speech during the lesson can really help to develop this knowledge.
