ELC has been providing EFL courses to children and adults for nearly a decade. Our director and management team are dedicated educators and professionals. Due to growth, we need to hire three additional teachers for January, 2015. We also need to replace outgoing teachers (1 in March and 1 in April). Due to the economy of Peru, we can't provide airfare or housing. We do provide professional development training and a competitive local salary, which allows our teachers to have a comfortable life in the community. We also pick up teachers from the local airport or bus terminal and help you find housing. We are a team and want you to feel as little stress as possible during your transition.

If interested in applying, please send a 1 to 2 page resume and a recent photo to the email address given on the job heading, for the attention of Prof. Larsen, (Director) and Mr. Escajadillo, (Recruiting Manager). Telephone: 054-250596

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The unit discussed various things to consider when jumping into the employement pool. It includes the things to be kept in mind before selecting the destination. on arriving at achool/employer, in country/class. Respecting religious and cultural ethics and norms. go about the CV and cover letter writing. The unit included many useful links respectively for each areas n guides through the unit. This Unit is very helpful to know which kind of approach you should use with students and when. The content of Unit 3 is to me probably the most important point of all and there is really good advice on how to teach and which methodology to use. Especially the part that talks about the ESA methodology is very interesting and it gives you the opportunity to make further study on it on your own.
