Extreme English Center is looking for 5 TEFL/TESOL certified teachers who want to experience amazing Peru. Our language center is fully accredited by the Peruvian Ministry of Education and serves over 600 students of English. We are expanding and need to hire at least 5 more teachers in the next two months. We want teachers who are eager to help our Peruvian students learn English in a professional, yet fun environment. While we do prefer teachers with experience, we also hire and train new teachers who are energetic and have a positive attitude.

We offer small group classes (average class size of 9 students), monthly staff development training, staff events, and parties for teachers and students to share English in an informal setting.

we need to learn how to be a good teacher and how to be a good learner: As we know, we are not only teaching in our class, but also we are learning from each lesson. As a teacher we should change our roles to face different students, and try our best to help then. We must use different methods to teach adults and younger learners. As a teacher we need to constantly learn a lot from our teaching time.The information in this unit helped me to revise the grammar rules on the variety of Future tenses. The examples given may be used while presenting these grammar rules at class. Some of the activities are extremely useful and I feel my students will Like them. It is great when grammar lessons are not boring and students have fun studying the ideas that sometimes do not exist in their native language.
