Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this lesson I have learned about the different present tenses, their forms, usages, and the difficulties they may resent for students and teachers. It was especially useful to take a closer look at the present perfect tense as it is one of the most confusing ones for both teachers and learners to work with. In addition, I was given a number of good ideas for teaching the different present tenses successfully.I did not realize how technical a sentence can be to an non native English speaker, this unit has taught me that there is a depth to the English language that most native speakers will never appreciate. During this unit i have learned a great deal about how sentences are formed correctly, and it has gave me a massive amount of respect to those who can learn to speak and write it fluently as a secondary language.
