Brittany Group is a reputable school in Peru. We have three institutes located in Arequipa and are expanding. We have part time and full time positions available for TEFL qualified teachers who have at least one year's experience. The school’s main focus is to teach students of all levels and provide the best curriculum suited to individual needs. Most classes are conversational lessons between intermediate and advanced level lasting an hour and a half. The typical work schedule is 18 days a month with 6 or 7 days off. In this unit, I have learned how to organize and manage a class in a friendly and relaxed manner but also maintaining discipline. The importance of eye contact, gesture, and voice. Different ways of grouping students and classroom arrangements. Writing on the board, giving individual attention and teacher talking time. Giving instructions, establishing rapport and finally, managing discipline and behavior.THIS UNIT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND SHOWED HOW TEACHERS CAN OVERCOME THEIR FEAR OF TEACHING CERTAIN UNSETTLING LESSONS SUCH AS BUSINESS ENGLISH. IT WAS ALSO VERY INFORMATIVE LEARNING ABOUT THE FIVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEGINNERS E.G \"THE ABSOLUTE BEGINNER,\" WHICH IS STUDENTS WHO HAVE NO ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE AT ALL RIGHT UP TO THE BUSINESS ENGLISH LEARNERS. OVERALL IT WAS ENJOYABLE AND VERY CLEAR AND WORTHWHILE
