Teach English in Kuwait

I have learned about the importance of productive skills - writing and speaking: why they are important and how to effectively teach them. For speaking skills, the unit showed me how and when to use accuracy and fluency activities to teach students, how to encourage students to speak and what techniques to use. As for writing skills, the unit gave me a few useful tips to help my students to better understand written English.This unit tells me that teacher's attitude is so important that it begins before the class, which means a good teacher should come into the classroom with a positive and friendly manner.Because teacher's attitude and facial expression can easily influence students' learning results. What's more teachers need to think about how to engage our students effectively and actively after that how to move to the study phase smoothly.
