Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit covers how to teach the two productive skills (writing and speaking).it shows the importance of both writing and speaking alike, in that they are the two common way of communication. It also deals with the various approaches lessons regarding writing and speaking must follow. I have learnt how to encourage interaction in speaking and writing class using different techniques like pair-work, group-work, careful planning ete.Very difficult for me I found, had to study much more than usual, the most challenging module so far I would say. I was happy for the mental workout in the end though and benefited a lot from the testing. Reviewing other modules helped a lot so it showed that it's been stitched together well. It also shows that conditionals are a part of my teaching that I must keep on top of in the future to give value to students during my teaching.
