Global- ERS has excellent private schools currently hiring TEFL certified teachers for the upcoming school year that starts in August. One school year contracts with possibility of extending.  There is NO placement fee for teachers.

All Global-ERS candidates are selected based on the following criteria:

· Thoroughly qualified professionals.

· Personal, academic, and professional references completely verified.

· Background check to verify a lack of criminal record.

· Medical report.

· Application duly filled out.

· International experience.

· Evaluations.

· Valid passport and travel documents.

· Telephone and/or in-person interviews.

Besides compiling the data mentioned above, we maintain constant contact with the candidates. Also, once a candidate is ready and the documentation is complete and verified, we provide follow-up with the receiving institution to ensure that the transition, relocation, and placement have been handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.

Offered:

Monthly $25,000 Mexican pesos

Paid shared housing or monthly rent stipend

Medical insurance

50% of work visa cost is paid by the school and other benefits

(Airfare is not paid by the school)

I have learned about how to successful receptive skills from lessons, First, choosing the material interest students. Secondly, building up students interest before reading, thirdly, pre-teach complex vocabulary, preparing some different kinds of materials, then use them to practice different skills, using realistic task help students understanding, in active phase ,leading on from the text.I have learned about productive skills in this unit. It also explained well the difference of accuracy from fluency and where it is suited most in ESA teaching. I also learned the speaking activities in the classroom and some techniques to encourage learners to participate. I also learned about writing skills and websites for games that are specifically devised for English language teacher.
