Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this lesson I had the opportunity to understand how important is to prepare a ggod class when it comes to teach grammar or new vocabulary. I never thought some of the elements could represent an important step in the preparation of the lesson, instead I saw for istance how working on the vocabulary keeping an eye on the selection could make a great difference in the attention that the student can pay during the study phase. The past tenses of English are structurally incredibly similar to the present tenses. They all use auxiliary, or helping, verbs to construct tenses, primarily to be, to do, and to have. There are four of them that mirror their present counterparts. These similarities not only exist in the affirmative sense shared between the present and past simple, but also between the perfect tenses which use to have as their auxiliary verb.
