Nagano prefecture is centrally located with great access to hiking, skiing or snowboarding, and hot springs. Shiojiri is a small, quiet city about 20minutes from Matsumoto and 2 1/2 hours from Tokyo and Kyoto by train.

Salary is 260.000 yen per month. Bachelor's degree and driver's license required, TESL certificate and /or ESL teaching experience preferred.

Repetitional practicing lesson planning with ESA method is good for someone like the present writer. All that is to remember is following: Choose interesting/motivating material Build interest before reading/listening(good engage stage is necessary) Simple preview is needed Vary the type of material Vary the type of skill to practice Use comprehension tasks(incorporating activate phases) Thank you very much for this lesson!Unit 9 refers to lesson planning, what functions and objective it meets. Also basic principles about how to get organized for a lesson, what to include in the lesson plan and how to get the best feedback from it, whether it has been productive or not and what needs improving. It was interesting to go through all the material and the task sheet materials with examples of activities have been extremely interesting and helpful.
