Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Lesson planning allows the teacher to find a balance between rigidity and flexibility. It helps the teacher adequately prepare for effectively handling challenges that might occur with language problems arising during a lesson. If these problems are not properly addressed, it creates a directionless lesson. Being organized goes hand in hand with lesson planning. Lesson planning also aids in what exactly should be included in a lesson.I seriously do not know what phrasal verbs are. This unit covers grammar. One thing that was covered in this unit was modal auxiliary verbs. They are used to express varying degrees of formality. \"Can I borrow some money?\" instead of \"May I borrow some money?\" The unit went on to talk about active voice versus passive voice. In active the subject is known and most important while in passive most of the time the subject is unknown.
