Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The unit is about the teaching receptive skills: reading and listening. We were given the reasons and the explanation how we read and listen. The unit is full of examples the exercises for each part of the lesson according to these skills. The colorful extract is very helpful for us as for new teachers. These skills are really important while we are learning or teaching the language. This unit focused on the complexity of the future tense. The tense that were discussed were simple, perfect and continuous. The usage for each tense depends on the intent of the individual using the tense. The future tense is generally confusing for students because they have difficulty grasping the idea of something that has not happened already and describing it as it has happened.
