Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This lesson went over useful ways of teaching vocabulary and grammar. I got some new ideas from the examples at explaining what a typical lesson plan is. Vocabulary teaching techniques for each of the phases engage, study, activate. The same goes for grammar structure teaching. Bringing things to show the students, study sheets, then a communication game out of whatever you are teaching. This unit expanded on my prior knowledge of future tenses by introducing 5 sub categories. future simple, future perfect, future perfect continuous and going to future. The unit also allowed me to apply my knowledge to scenario questions. also, the unit provided me with opportunities to develop my understanding of different ways one can implement future tenses into classroom environment.
