Teach EFL in Ireland Over The Summer

For over 30 years, PLUS has been providing high quality summer school experiences to international students. Our students come from all over the world and are between 10 and 17 years old. This Summer we have both management and teaching positions available for TEFL qualified teachers at our centres in Dublin, Maynooth and Galway.

Non Residential Teachers
15 hours teaching per week plus 2 activity sessions (either 2 afternoons or 1 full day weekend excursion)

Residential Teachers
15 hours per week teaching plus 4 activity sessions (either 4 afternoons, or 2 afternoons plus one full day weekend excursion). These additional activity sessions cover the cost of your full-board accommodation at the centre.

Other than those listed above your free time is your own, as additional pastoral staff are on hand at each centre to supervise meal and bed times etc. This enables our teachers to focus fully on their lessons and those activities which they have been delegated.

We offer salaries ranging from €270 to €345 per week, depending on qualifications and experience

All salaries are shown inclusive of paid holiday

PLUS free full board accommodation where required

Teaching staff must meet industry standard required qualification levels and as a minimum hold the following:
Degree plus a recognised qualification in EFL teaching such as ACELS/ TEFL / Trinity TESOL or equivalent.

Applicants without a degree but who hold a relevant EFL teaching qualification and experience may be considered.
Applicants holding overseas EFL qualifications will be asked to provide details of course content/ syllabus for verification purposes.
Applicants MUST be able to speak English to native level.

All staff require access to an Irish bank account and must have a valid PPS number

It was my first time to know about conditionals in English grammar such as Zero conditional, first conditional, Second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditional.
