Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit was hard I felt like it wasn't explained well how to use the different tense very well and that the questions on the test are meant to trick you. I also didn't like that I had to reference different units for info on the grammar. I will keep studying this material on my own because I don't feel like I got as much help from this unit. The ideas for engaging the students were helpful though. What I could retain from the unit is that a good teacher must have a detailed understanding of what is being taught, using different techniques that keep the student interested and motivated to continue learning. To effectively teach all students, the teacher must understand that teaching and interactions with students must reflect the needs of each, with the understanding of each as an individual.
