Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In unit teaching theme I studied different teaching strategies. Songs, music, playing games, stories, arts and crafts are all considered as teaching strategies. There are also seasonal and holiday activities that could provide a great impetus for language learning. Craft activities could practice four skills such as :speaking, reading, listening. Here are a excellent websites for arts and crafts activities. This is probably my favorite unit thus far in this course. It not only reiterates the former chapter on methods, but provides a guide to how to form our own lesson plans. This unit discussed the importance of a lesson plan and what should typically be included in the lesson plan. As I have already taught lessons, lesson planning isn't completely new to me, however, it is nice to see lesson plan outlines.
