Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This last unit goes through problems that may arise in the classroom and how you can deal with them. It seems to be a summary of issues covered from all the previous units as well. I learnt about how you can start the lesson with warmers, how you can tackle the problems of having different levels of learners, large classes, shy students, monolingual classes and issues with listening activities.In this unit, i learned what makes a good teacher and a good learner. Also, i learned the roles of the teacher, the English level of the students, and the different learner's age group with their characteristics. After the learning, i am aware that the teacher will switch between the roles to ensure the course will be carried out successfully based on class activities and the lesson involved.
