Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Once again, this unit acted as a reflection and review unit for myself. This lesson was very useful for going over the different names of the tenses as I already knew the tenses and how to explain their usage. Common problems that foreign speakers have and the examples of usage for each tense were particularly useful as now I have ideas of what to look out for and how to build my own examples. This unit is about reading and listening which are receptive skills that are equally important. It help me get better understanding on the effectiveness of different techniques in teaching this skills to students. I have learned the approaches to better deal with difficult vocabulary especially for those beginners. This unit also provide example of ESA methodology using receptive skill lesson.
