It is important that the teacher strikes a balance between exercising control and encouraging a relaxed, friendly atmosphere conducive to learning. Disciplinary problems are better prevented than solved. we equally study in this unit possible solutions to behavior problems if not prevented.This unit focuses on classroom management and gives detailed information about practical methods to ensure a positive environment in the classroom. From this unit I have learned that a teacher should pay attention to such methods as a correct use of gestures, eye contact and voice. Also arranging seats properly can help to create and maintain classroom discipline and promote students communication and learning.
