Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 4 is about present tenses: present simple, present conditions, present perfect and present perfect continuous. Different types of centences, common mistakes which every teacher can anticipate from students and possible teaching techniques and ideas which help teacher to organize teaching processes better, especially when teaching present tenses! I found this unit quite useful even information was absolutely general and quite basic.Unit 18 modal, phrasal verbs and passive voice needs more learning and took a lot of my time since it's complicated. The modals are commonly used though since it expresses number of ideas it's hard for the students to understand. Perhaps this would be taught in higher year since i only teach elementary students. The lessons about phrasal verbs and relative courses requires more time to study so i need to learn more depth in this topics.
