Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The unit is on the different aspects of class managements and covers areas such as class arrangement, dealing and discipline. I now have an insight into how the different class arrangements affect the students' participation as well as how the teacher's positions play a role in the learning of student, moreso, I also learnt how and when to use the eyes, gestures and voice in affecting the teaching process. At this unit I`ve studied the main requirements to planning lessons. For myself I noted three things in planning I want always to refer to: always writing down what I expect the students to achieve, keep it flexible and change a plan after lesson if something was changed during the class. I`ve made a conclusion that I must make sure that all possible students` skills are included and given equal treatment.
