Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Before beginning the course I must admit that I was a bit confused about how to teach English to a person working in say finance or law without knowing anything about those professions. Good to know that we are basically teaching English and not teaching them about their professions! I am currently transitioning from teaching children to teaching primarily adults so this is a very useful course for me. Thanks! It was interesting to learn that multilingual classes have a great benefit of English being the only common language students from different backgrounds will know. This means there won’t be use of native languages during English lessons which is helpful for the learning experience of students. Young children require shorter activities that are highly engaging to help maintain their shorter attention span.
