Henan Education Association for International Exchange (HNEAIE) has opportunities for qualified EFL teachers. We are the only provincial association authorized by The Education Department of Henan Province PRC, registered in the Civil Affairs Department of Henan province, and also a member of China Education Association for International Exchange.

HNEAIE consists of about 150 council members, including universities in Henan Province, higher vocational colleges, education bureaus of some cities in Henan, key senior high schools. In unit 11 and unit 12, I have learned the difference between Productive and receptive skills. I learn the productive consist of speaking and writing skills and while receptive skills are consist of reading and listening. Also I learned that there is a difference between accuracy and fluency. Accuracy is used to correct language and fluency is the ability to speck with out stopping to thinksThis unit details the various ways a teacher can tackle his/her first lessons or classes. It may be difficult for both the teacher and the student as this may set up the momentum or drive for the next set of classes. The biggest challenge may be the ice breaker to make sure the student knows that the teacher knows what the plan is and that the teacher is ready and well equipped for the job.
