Making sure that lesson plans are mostly adhered to but not strictly and rigidly enforced allows breathing room for anything that is relevant that may come up in class and help to facilitate learning. Students being able to produce their own language and output by the activate phase of the lesson means that they are using the vocabulary or whatever has been learnt during the engage and study portions of the lesson. One of the things that I have learned from this lesson is that it is important to keep your lesson plan flexible so that you will not become rigid as this is something that can effect class participation. I have also learned that is important to keep mind what you are wanting to accomplish throughout the lesson. I also learned the importance of planning the timing of each part of the lesson so that it will all fit.
