We are a language consulting firm with a multi-national clientele. We are ISO 9001 certified which demonstrates our commitment to quality teaching.

Comunicorp contracts only Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)-certified teachers. We work with multinational companies located in Santiago and in sites outside the city, teaching both general and business English to all proficiency levels. Courses for children are also offered at private homes and in school settings.

We have been in this business for just over fifteen years and have experienced steady growth in the number of teachers hired from abroad and in our client base. If you are interested in working with Comunicorp, send us a resume, a recent photo and at least one letter of recommendation from a previous employer, along with a letter stating your interest in a position with Comunicorp and include information about when you would be available for work and for how long you would like to stay in Chile. The e-mail address is given on the job heading.

We offer:

• work visa

• Spanish-English course exchange program

• travel stipend for getting around Santiago or for travelling outside of the city

• travel bonus upon contract completion with full time contracts.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit I learned about evaluation methods for students. I learned about the different kinds of tests used like a placement test to evaluate what level of the language the student is at, a progress test to evaluate how the students are coming along in their learning and practice tests which get the student ready for an external exam. The external exams evaluate the student's English ability.I learned from Unit 3 that EFL mythology is based around ESA - Engaged, Study and Activate that I think combines parts of the different methods and technique that were given in P.2-4. The ESA has a clear structure that gives lots of freedom, possibilities to the teacher to work with. The combination of the ESA makes the lessons more interesting and efficient for teachers and students in my opinion.
