Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Learning how to deal with problems such as first lessons, different levels, large classes, use of native language, reluctant students difficulties with listening texts was interesting and marginally useful. The main areas I have trouble with are class discipline and students with no motivation. Information in this unit on how to deal with these problems would have been extremely useful. This unit is by far the most challenging to me as I have no backgrounds in English Linguistics. However, I personally find the lesson very interesting since it is something new to me. However, the challenge would be how to impart the knowledge to students without using linguistics term so that students could understand how to produce the right pronunciation of the word they are learning.
