In the Unit I have learned how to manage a classroom. The factors to keep in mind are are lot. The teacher has to control his/her gestures and the voice, has to organize the work that can be individual, in pairs, in a group. The class can be arranged in multiple ways too and the teacher has to establish a rapport with the students to keep a great atmosphere in the classroom (also discipline must be maintained and prevent the problems.Personally, this was quite a tough unit for me. I found that it was difficult to actually plan and understand the ESA lesson plan. I realize that I might have to revise previous units as well in order to have a better foundation for the next few units. I found this unit very helpful in lesson planning so that teachers will not be left wondering what to do by the middle of the lesson, and it also keeps the flow of the lesson smooth.
