After digesting this topic about evaluation system, I have known more about dividing students into appropriate levels like tutorial, test and evaluation by students. Besides, there are some different kinds of test: like checking the ability of students, what students still remember and what they forgot. Furthermore, for learning English students there is a variety of tests that can help them to live or work in English speaking country.I found this unit very helpful, especially with the planning of lessons as relating to the teaching of business English. I realize that you can make the best plan in the world but the students and their interaction and participation make the lesson possible. As a teacher you must be flexible in your approach and not necessarily stick with the plan if it's not working. However, the lesson plan is your guide to try to get back on track.
