Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

There two types of productive skills: speaking and writing. Both of them are extremely important for a learner as through these two skills one can express himself or herself. In order to reach fluency in English one should learn accuracy first. That's why when learning new material a teacher should first explain the correct usage of a given unit, then implement it in a free speaking activity. At this unit I`ve learnt that speaking and writing are productive skills and the last one is frequently being neglected by teachers in the classroom time. so that unit gave me an opportunity to learn how to teach it. I`ll definitely use creative writing activity ideas in the future. For myself I noted that games can be competitive and co-operative and I`ll try to mix them for the best result.
