Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit actually showed a real classroom and real teacher. By presenting the unit this way I was better able to grasp the methodology. It also showed me that I must be to make a useful lesson plan and be able to change the lesson plan if the need arises. By watching the first video I was able to see what not to do in teaching English. In video two I could clearly see enthusiastic students and a engaged teacher. This unit served as the second part of 2 lessons focusing on the 4 skills in a language classroom. Like the previous unit, it talked about the different aspects of productive skills, including what these mean for the student and language learning as a whole, and appropriate techniques for the teacher when approaching these skills. It also discussed the benefits of games in the classroom and gave useful examples.
