The Sydney English Academy (SEA) is a medium size language school (maximum 110 students) located 50 m from Manly beach and 30 minutes from the centre of Sydney. It was established in 2001 by Mick Edwards and Sam Milton. SEA is well known for its very friendly atmosphere and a very professional approach to teaching English and an excellent professional development program. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment using your TEFL skills.
We’re looking for a part-time General English teacher to start 4th September, and a full time teacher to start at the beginning of October.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualifications are CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent, plus degree, plus one year experience preferred. Candidates with an A or B pass but without one year experience may also apply. Candidates must have current work rights in Australia. Applicants with a working holiday visa are welcome to apply. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic teacher who is also an excellent team-player. Preference given to teachers living on/near the Northern Beaches.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Dependent on qualifications and experience, based on the national award.
