Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Initially I found the content difficult to follow, however the explanations and examples assisted me to understand. English being my home language using the verbs and pronouns etc comes naturally. I understand now how this may be difficult for non speaking English people. Teaching this unit will present many challenges and the descriptions given in this unit will be greatly helpful. This unit talked about the importance of course books and lesson materials. The use of course books is debatable, but in reality they have their advantages and disadvantages. This unit helped me be aware of the different factors I will need to take into consideration when choosing course material. The authentic and created materials are great to keep in mind when deciding which to use.
