We are looking for Native English Teachers for our kindergarten schools.

Group A : Immediate opening until 31 July 2008
Group B : 1 Sept 2007 until 31 July 2008

We offer :-
1. Monthly paid HK$10500 for 5 days / week ; 40 hours per week, mon to Friday 8.30am to 4.45pm
Monthly paid HK$12, 000 for 5.5 days / 45 hours per week, mon to friday 8.30am to 4.45pm, saturday 10am to 2pm

2. 32 days paid holidays during X'mas, Chinese New Year and Easter and summer .
3. HK$3, 000 in total as trip allowances during paid holidays, HK$1, 000 per trip x 3.
4. Free Accommodation to be shared with 1 teacher with club house facility such as swimming pool, gym, bowling, rock climbing etc.
5. Free return air-ticket to home land or next destination, maximum HK$5, 000(When finish the contract)
6. Free Working Visa
7. Teaching material support, Clipart/Flash cards
8. Teaching assistant
9. Airport pick-up
10. Orientation + Training workshop

We require:-
1. University degree holder
2. TESOL / TEFL certificate / early childhood certificate
3. At least 1 year teaching experience
4. Reference letter from previous teaching position

This unit has shown me different varieties of lessons to use vocabulary, grammar and functions. Allet are important on their own but they all need to be equally infused in the lesson plans. It's important for the students to be well rounded in all three areas. Implementing the different types of ESA techniques will I valuable to daily planning of lessons and depend on the variables of the classroom and students.I have learned that getting the students prepared for what is going to be taught will help them understand the content of the lesson.... My French teacher always makes us listen to a very complicated test in order to understand the vocabulary of the conversation or the dialogue. The students find it hard to understand everything at once because the speakers pace is very high and use very standardized pronunciation.
