 ILBC was founded in 1995 and offers classes from pre-school to the British GCE examination. The medium of instruction is English. The school began employing foreign teachers two (2) years and now there are 17 foreign teachers working at ILBC.
ILBC seeks native English speaking teachers to fill teaching positions in the primary school. In addition to teaching English, some teachers will be required to teach English across Geography and History.
ILBC established a Teacher Training Department in 2004 to service appoximately 200 national teachers. Teacher trainers are now sought to enable the department to expand.
Requirements:
English Teachers
.An undergraduate degree(preferably in primary education) and a TEFL (or


related) qualification.
.Preferably five years experience teaching with at least two years teaching

primary aged students.
.Dynamic, motivated and outgoing
Teacher Trainers
.A degree in education and a post graduate qualification
.At least seven years experience as a teacher with two of those years as a

teacher trainer
.Experienced in training primary or secondary school teachers
