Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This was also a difficult lesson in the course. As a native speaker this is just another example of how a native English speaker maybe use the language but not know as to why they use it as they do. It was difficult for me to distinguish the differences. I know what sounds correct when reading or speaking but this lesson was difficult because of the placement of the different types of past tenses. There is no the best methodology for one class. It depends on different things such as target language, the culture of students, teacher's personality and so on.Just choose the suitable methodology when you need it.ESA is very effective for new teachers to follow with. And in the engage phase don't correct students' errors is very important. Another important thing is get the feedback from students.
