  • Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit three speaks about ESA which stands for Engage tudy activate. The words are then broken down for readers to understand. Teachers shoul wait unitil a student is finish talking before attempting to correct them. Correcting students is very important so that they know right from wrong. There are several strategies that can use to teach stydents language and to unsure they have a full understanding of the lesson taught. These two videos were very interesting because we can compare the same professor giving a good class and a bad class. Here, we have the opportunity to identify some tools and elements learned in the units. For us, it is very important to prepare the class and to focus on the dynamic of the class. Using the correct ESA strategy will help the professor to make a better job, and also will help the students to learn easier.
