How Long does it Take to Get a TEFL Job?

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This is another unit that covers a part of the complicated and nuanced English language. Along with the past tenses, I think that students will have the most difficulty fully understanding these concepts and differentiating between past simple, past continuous, past perfect, etc., but after reading this unit, I definitely feel more confident in my ability to teach these concepts. This unit focuses on the structure of a lesson plan. It has been helpful to see other lesson plans before creating my own. Using these example has proven useful. Although, I would feel much more confident creating my own lesson plan. Sometimes following an unknown teaching style can be difficult. Though the lesson plan serves as a great resource, that is why it is very important.
