My Personal Vision of Rapport Building
One thought, in particular, stood out to me as I was reading Unit 6 of the Business English course. That was how to relate to others who are from different cultures around the world. So as a teacher relating to students means in my mind establishing connections (establishing rapport). I believe rapport is the foundation that binds a teacher to students. Without rapport, there's no trust and poor communication which is the opposite of what I am trying to achieve.

Methods of Teaching Bilingual Students
It is important to know what is to be done when half of your class speaks a different language. And being a teacher of English, it is almost impossible to communicate with your students in more than one language at the same time especially when trying to communicate different ideas. This can be very confusing for the students and create disorder in the classroom. By teaching a linguistically diverse classroom the teacher may face some challenges along the way such as reading and writing as well as speaking and listening. However, there do exist some methods that can help the teacher make the learning process much more beneficial to the students.

Is a level 5 TEFL the same as a CELTA?
A Level 5 TEFL course and CELTA are both classified as level 5 qualifications, indicating they share a similar degree of rigor and difficulty. However, it is crucial to note that while they are on the same level, they aren't synonymous. ITTT's Level 5 TEFL is designed to give new teachers a significant advantage in the job market, broadening their employment opportunities. Yet, even though it is on par in terms of level, the content, methodology, and delivery of a Level 5 TEFL and a standard CELTA course can differ considerably. So, while both credentials are highly respected, they cater to different aspects of English language teaching.

What Course Materials Are Appropriate for Various Types of Groups?
Different classes have different requirements for appropriate teaching materials. These requirements are influenced by several factors, such as the skill level of the class, their age, ability, their native language they speak, and the unique problems native speakers of that language have when learning English. Cultural factors also need to be taken into account. Course material could become problematic in a classroom if they deal with family relationships or gender in a way that particular culture of a country or the students may find inappropriate.
