ILA, the leading ESL provider in Vietnam, is currently hiring for Public School teachers based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
We are looking for teachers who are currently in Vietnam and are looking for a new opportunity or to supplement evening classes with daytime teaching hours.
Locations
In Hanoi based at our ILA Nhan Chinh centre. The schools are located within 10 minutes of centre
In HCMC, based at our ILA Go Vap centre. The schools are located within 15-20 minutes of the centre
Schedule
Monday to Friday daytime hours
No weekends or evenings
Classes scheduled from approx 07:00-11:00 / 13:00-17:00 depending on location
Support
Week-long paid induction focused on teaching in Public School in Vietnam
Full access to a well-equipped Teachers’ Room
Support from experienced Teaching & Learning Management Team
Teaching Assistant in every class
Benefits
Hourly rate up to 520,000 VND depending on experience and qualifications
43,000 VND/hour Teaching Supplement
Up to 200,000 VND/day Travel Allowance
Paid Induction (6,000,000 VND)
6-Month Bonus (10,000,000 VND)
Early Start Bonus until the end of September 2021 (15,000,000 VND)
Comprehensive Health Insurance package (optional for part-time)
Full Visa (or TRC) and Work Permit (support for part-time)
½-month Severance on completion (tax free)
Large Re-Signing Bonus if you renew your contract
Option to end 12-month contract in May 2022
Requirements
Minimum 3-year degree in any subject
ESL teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA etc) with minimum of 120 hours study
Be able to obtain a clean police background check
Your degree and ESL certification MUST be legalised or you must be able to get this done promptly
A valid Visa/TRC with 2 months’ validity would be an advantage at this time
