Earth Citizen Organization ESL Camp is looking to bring eight (6) ESL teachers to the Orme School in Mayer, Arizona for a period of three weeks starting mid July 2019. Teachers will be providing ESL classes for approximately four hours per day. Eighty children ages 9 to 12 will be traveling from Korea to learn meditation, mindfulness, English as a Second Language, as well as have the opportunity to experience a multitude of the outdoor adventures that Arizona has to offer. Each teacher will be responsible for ten students while in the classroom setting. We are looking for caring ESL teachers who can provide a loving, yet structured environment for the children to learn in.
Teachers need to arrive in the Orme School on Wednesday, July 17th before noon.
ESL Classes officially start on Friday, July 19th and will conclude on Thursday, August 8th; and remain the next morning until the students leave the Orme School.
The program will provide food, lodging and other amenities including a salary of $1,850 for the three weeks duration of the summer camp.
Native, American English proficiency is required as well as some ESL teaching experience (preferably one year minimum).
