CCLS is looking for dynamic, part time ESL/Spanish/Portuguese instructors who are ready to guide and encourage students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Our teachers work in sync to provide the best educational experience to our students.
CCLS has been teaching English, Portuguese, and Spanish conversation courses since 1993 to hundreds of thousands of students in the USA as well as educational institutions in other countries. There are over 500 affiliated CCLS institutions.
Main Job Responsibilities
» Plan classes in accordance with the school´s curriculum.
» Exercise good classroom management.
» Grade student assignments and exams.
» Provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work to students.
» Provide the school director with student development updates.
» Attend the semiannual meetings with the school director.
» Be punctual for all classes.
Minimum Qualifications
» Bachelor’s degree
» Native-like fluency in the target language
» Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
» A bachelor’s degree in ESL/TESOL, Spanish, or Portuguese
» 3-month experience in ESL/EFL or foreign language teaching (ELE, PLE)
» TEFL/TESOL certificate
