Qualities and Qualifications
TESOL-Asia College is in need of a qualified "NATIVE-ENGLISH-SPEAKING" teacher who has experience teaching adults in a business setting.
Age Range of Students: This particular vacancy would suit a teacher who has general experience with adults.
Basic Salary: To be negotiated for a 22 hour week
Full board and lodging at the hotel resort are included in the package.
The academic year and contracts begin on approximately 1st May
Teacher's permit, visa and work permit.
5 days teaching per week.
There is a scheme to assist teachers to purchase or rent a motorcycle or scooter.
The minimum length of a contract is 12 months.

This unit was incredibly fun and insightful. I, myself fell asleep during the first lesson. Being aware of your students progress nd confidence level in the classroom makes a huge difference in the way that at any given moment in your lesson you can try to turn it around. The main focus is to teach the objectives effectively and help a student be confident to make a mistake around you so you can get them on the right path!I liked that in this chapter we received different techniques and activities for introducing and teaching vocabulary and grammar. Despite the fact that most of these techniques had been presented to us previously, they are now separated to show us which ones are more effective for which part of teaching. I also enjoy the sample class work that's presented to us in the reading using straight arrow, boomerang and patchwork ESA.
