Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Very pleaseful unit to study and deeply understand the importance of reading, listening, speaking and writing which are the two elements of receptive and productive phases. It is extremely important to get the interest of every student so it is better to choose a variety of texts so that there is always a great number of dtudents interested in the content. Important to pre-teach words sometimes. This unit's focus on special needs english learning groups is more of a hands on, need-to-know section. Essentially you are dealing with smaller or more specialized groups and a general lesson plan won't be adequate for every person or group. Identifying levels and needs will be much more important to getting the person as far into their studies as is reasonably possible with the time available.
