Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit showed me how to start building (or coninue doing so) receptive skills which are very important in the perspective of activating productive skills because, in my humble opinion, you have to have a solid base to start building your speaking/writing skills. Also how to manage to imrrpove the students level of comprehension becasue without a certain level of comprehension (90%?) teaching/learning isn't possible. This unit showed some of the most complicated topics to be taught. For this reason activities showing exemplifications is necessary. Students as in all other topics learning a new language need a lot of practice. The effective way to learn and understand these topics is through activities in which students can see the different meanings of using one o other of a kind. And then let them to use it in a different context.
