Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The content of the unit was about teachers and learners. It taught me many ways to be a good teacher and what the roles of a teacher are in the classroom. It also describes what makes a good learner. It explains the differences between young and adult learners. I also learned the distinctions between different levels of ability in learning a language. The relationship between the teacher and the student is very important. In this lesson, I learned about troubleshooting. In first lesson, a teacher will be faced with meeting a number of new classes for the first time. These classes are vital for the teacher to establish rapport with the students and set the tone for the rest of the course. And I learned how to deal with warmers, different levels, large classes, use of native languages, reluctant students and difficulties with listening text
