We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic native level EFL teacher to join our team at Global Village in Starachowice, Poland.  The successful candidate will need to have the flexibility to be able to teach a wide range of ages and levels, from young learner to adult and including both groups and individuals. We offer a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours teaching per week (in a full week) but hope to be able to offer between 18-25 teaching hours per week. Some involvement in school promotional activities, teacher training etc. will also be expected. The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start.

This is a good opportunity for a TEFL qualified teacher who wants to work in a close-knit team, to receive ongoing support and development opportunities from an experienced management team and to work in a school undergoing an exciting period of development following its recent purchase by a long-term native speaker at the school. Most of all, for a teacher passionate about teaching and willing to engage with students, you will find that the majority of your students reciprocate this enthusiasm and genuinely want to learn.

The location of the school is in a quiet, relatively small city called Starachowice. The position would suit somebody who likes living in a peaceful, friendly place. Life in Poland also offers a great opportunity to travel, both to the many interesting cities within Poland itself and during holiday times to surrounding countries such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and many others.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

A lesson plan is a detailed and well-plan guide for teaching a particular lesson. It's a step-by-step guide and process that outlines and highlights the teacher's objectives for what the students will accomplish or do at the end of a given lesson. Creating a lesson plan involves setting objectives, goals creating activities, and determining the materials that will be used for the lesson. This unit is about pronunciation and phonology. I learned about the rise\\fall of a normal sentence and fall\\rise of a question. The phonemic alphabet, about articulation e.g. place of articulation which are soft- & hardplate, alveolar ridge, larynx, tongue and glottis. Also teaching techniques of pronunciation of individual sounds. For example Peer dictation, your own mouth and visuals.
