It is a quite important lesson for lesson plan. There is great content for preparing equipment for my lessons. At the same time, there are some alternative ways to use an equipment to get the students' attention, but also teach them in a vivid way. However, the cassette recorder can be replaced by smart phones' audio recording app, and it can be much environmental friendly at the same time.I have learnt the need to choose appropriate vocabulary to teach new learners and techniques for engaging these learners are very useful. The 'activate' portion to engage learners is essential though I disagree with the use of debates to help students understand the word better. I found the sample ESA grammar lesson very useful and interesting. I will definitely use that in my future lessons.
