Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

For this unit, the task sheet really allowed me to practice planning a lesson, which I found to be extremely helpful. The Teaching Receptive Skills unit really helped me understand how should I approach these kinds of lessons in order to make them interesting and beneficial to students. I will use these ideas for my future courses and try to make my lessons as interesting and interactive as possible. The unit is about evaluation and testing. Inside, the unit deals with different kinds of tests: what are they and why they are there. The unit also gives several examples of kinds of questions for different kinds of tests. It also shows the famous tests in the world. I learnt through this unit the significance of evaluation and its how. Moreover, I understood the meaning of most important test names.
