This unit has taught me about the present tense. There is present simple, present perfect, present continuous (progressive) and present perfect continuous. You can identify which tense the writing or speaking is based on the words included in the sentence. If it has \"has/have\" it is perfect and directly effects the present moment, if it contains\"ing\" it is continuous and hasn't finished happening.In this unit, I have learned how to prepare for a first lesson as well as common problems and situations that I may encounter as a teacher such as different levels of the student's English knowledge, large classes, the use of the native language, reluctant students, and difficulties with listening texts. I have learned what to do in this kind of situations in case they may occur in my teaching career.
